Delete your OrderxPay account

This is for business owners who want their OrderxPay account closed and their data deleted — including if you no longer have the app. If you still have it, you can do the same in the app: More → Account & Security → Account → Delete account.

What happens

1. Your account becomes read-only straight away, and any invoice that is still unpaid is cancelled, so nobody can pay a business that is closing.
2. You have 14 days to change your mind: sign in to the app and tap Cancel deletion.
3. After that, your business details, items, saved customers, locations, staff logins, notification settings and verification photos are permanently deleted.
4. Records of payments, refunds and payouts are kept for 6 years because the law requires it, and then deleted. They do not carry your business name.

If money collected from your customers has not been paid out to you yet, or a payout or dispute is still open, we cannot close the account until that is settled — we will tell you what is in the way. See our privacy policy for the details.
